Carbon HQ

CarbonHQ helps carbon project developers manage and verify the data that underpins the carbon credits they generate, so that customers can trust them. I work with the founding team to build and scale the product. We began with basic functionality and simple pilots, and now we manage millions.

As a growing business I own all design work for the product and some front-end work, supporting an engineering team of four. I work with the founders to define the roadmap, maintain our design system and assets, and continually enhance the product with new features.

Outcome

We grew CarbonHQ from one to ten customers, and over $300k in contracted ARR.
