Design Leadership — 2018
AMP set out to transform its digital advice experience and build a leading in-house design capability. Over multiple years I helped shape that capability, hiring and coaching teams across Sydney and, later, establishing a Mumbai studio to scale delivery.
Our work introduced shared standards, a design system, and new ways of working that aligned business, design, and engineering. We delivered a broad portfolio of experiences across web, mobile, portals, touch displays, and in-branch tools, while supporting a wider enterprise transformation program.
Outcome
Grew the team supporting AMP from less than five to forty, across two countries.
