Legal Aid NSW provides legal services to socially and economically disadvantaged people across NSW. It is the largest legal aid commission in Australia. Despite its critical role in the community, its aging website was creating significant friction for those needing help. As Design director I supported the Deloitte team, working with Legal Aid stakeholders, to come up with a new strategy and design for their website and portal.
Outcome
Delivered a future state strategy, design and roadmap at low cost, through a rapid 4-week engagement — now live on the Legal Aid website.
